Cat rejoins family Al and Dorothy Mayer believe their 3-year-old Manx cat Stuffy traveled from the Valley City to their farm north of Jamestown during some of the coldest winter weather the area has experienced in at least two years. The couple said they believe Stuffy made the trek because he didn’t come home for dinner on Jan. 29, the same day Al traveled from their home to Minnesota to pick up some horses.
