Team USA wrapped up a win in the Spanish Softball Series in Barcelona Spain on Saturday. The Americans rallied out of a late 4-2 hole by scoring six runs in the top of the sixth inning to beat the Spanish Under-22 National Team 8-4 for a 3-1 series lead. Kayla Price of Jamestown College is competing on an all-star softball team in Barcelona, Spain. Price is one of four Dakota Athletic Conference players on Team USA at the Spanish Softball Series. Valley City State coach Chad Slyter is the head coach and Vikings players Amanda Carter, Kaleigh Will and Krystal Hathaway are also on the team.
