The Jamestown KC’s Sr. Old Pro basketball team placed first at the North Dakota State Amateur Tournament in Bismarck. They defeated Dickinson APBI 81-57, Bismarck A.D.A.P.T. 77-66 and then Bismarck A.D.A.P.T. 72-45 in the championship game, allowing just nine second-half points. The Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring roller skating, starting, Sunday. Skating will be on Sundays, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wilson Arena. The length of season will depend on participation.

The Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department has announced ski trails are groomed and available for use. Walkers and snowboarders are requested to stay away from the groomed trail. There are six miles of groomed trails around Hillcrest Proshop area.
