Safe stolen from GF restaurant
Grand Forks police are investigating a reported burglary at a local restaurant. Authorities say a safe was taken from the gambling station at Parrot’s Cay Tavern & Grill. A cart used to move the safe was recovered about a block away. The station is run by the Northern Prairie Performing Arts. Police said Monday that it was not immediately known how much money was in the safe.November 24, 2009
