Visitation restrictions have been lifted at Jamestown Hospital due to a dramatic decline in influenza cases and influenza-like illness in the past week, according to a press release from Jamestown Hospital.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is implementing new load restrictions on N.D. Highway 9 west of Courtenay (mile marker 27.736, west of Courtenay, to mile marker 51 near Leal) from an 8-ton to a 6-ton restriction. The new restriction is effective 7 a.m. today.

North Dakota may see a rapid warming pattern next week, which may cause load restrictions to be implemented quickly, according to the state Department of Transportation.
