SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Sioux Falls businessman and philanthropist T. Denny Sanford has given another $100 million to the health system in the Dakotas bearing his name, pushing his total donations in the past four years to more than half a billion dollars.

Two men have been arrested in Sioux Falls on suspicion of using violence in an attempt to recoup money lost in a botched drug deal.
The 21-year-old suspects — Aklilu Fessehage Kidane of Seattle and Amanuel Gebrengus Atsemet of Sioux Falls — were arraigned Thursday on charges of aggravated assault, kidnapping and robbery.
Water levels are back to normal on five of the six Missouri River reservoirs.
The Army Corps of Engineers said it’s been nine years since the reservoir system held this much water.
Runoff from rain and snowmelt this year is expected to be 29 percent above normal.
Sioux Falls will host the Summit League Basketball Tournament for another two years.
The league announced Tuesday that the men’s and women’s championships will return to the Sioux Falls Arena in 2011 and 2012.
