The North Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a Travel Alert for southeast North Dakota due to blowing and drifting snow reducing visibility and causing slush to build up primarily on the east/west roadways south of Interstate 94 at this time. Cities included in the Travel Alert are Wahpeton, Lidgerwood, Foreman, Lisbon and surrounding areas.
