The Buffalo City Tourism Foundation will host a retirement open house for out-going Executive Director Nina Sneider from 4:30-6:15 p.m. Thursday at the National Buffalo Museum, 500 17th St., SE. There is a program honoring Sneider at 5:15 p.m. The event is open to the public.
