The Stutsman County Commission awarded a contract to RTS Shearing for road work at Spiritwood during a special meeting Friday. The road connects Stutsman County Road 62 North and Stutsman County Road 62 South and passes through the town of Spiritwood, according to Casey Bradley, Stutsman County auditor/chief operating officer.
