Concert for Care planned July 17
The Jamestown Regional Medical Center Foundation is planning two summer events to celebrate the anniversary of JRMC and to support patient-centered care.
Concert for Care will be held July 17 at 2nd Avenue Southwest in front of the Elks and Bank Forward and the fourth annual GOLF “fore” GOOD Tournament is on July 18 at the Jamestown Country Club.
“We are excited for this summer’s events,” said Lisa Jackson, JRMC Foundation director. “Our goals include bringing the community together and funding a number of crucial projects designed to improve the patient experience and enhance health care delivery at JRMC.”
The Concert for Care, which is new this year, will be an all-ages barbecue and street dance featuring 32 Below. A pork loin barbecue will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. and the street dance will be held from 8 to 11 p.m.
Proceeds from the Concert for Care will support patient care at both JRMC and the Anne Carlsen Center. Tickets are $10 with food and drinks available for purchase at the event. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
