Planning Commission approves plat
The Jamestown Planning Commission gave preliminary approval to the R.H. Rebel Addition plat Monday.
The plat reconfigures existing lots in the First and Fourth Northwest Addition for commercial development, according to Scott Harmstead, a planner with SRF Consulting. The new plat is located at 1618 281 N.
Harmstead said the area could be developed as warehouse and storage facilities in the future.
The preliminary approval was made contingent on the addition of an existing and possible future easements requested by Stutsman Rural Water District.
The plat will be reviewed for final approval at the March 13 meeting of the Planning Commission.
