Relay for Life sets fundraisers

Stutsman County Relay for Life organizers have set fundraising events in the community.

Fundraisers include:

› Kitty’s Pals bake sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at the Buffalo Mall

› Jamestown Regional Medical Center bake sale from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 23, at the Buffalo Mall

› Father/Daughter/ Grandfather Dance & Social Event from 6 to 9 p.m. at Jamestown High School. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the night of the event and available at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1000 5th Ave. NE, and Neighborhood Grocery, 1014 17th St. SW. The cost is $1 for spectators to watch the grand entrance and first dance.

› First Community Credit Union’s “Striking Out Cancer” Second Annual Softball Game in May. More details will be coming about the event.

› FCCU’s taco in a bag lunch fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 7 at FCCU’s main branch, 111 9th St. SW, in Jamestown.

Teams for Stutsman County Relay for Life need to be signed up by Friday, April 22. It is recommended that each team member raises $100 to get a T-shirt. For more information, contact Erica Rebenitsch at erebenitsch@nd.gov or check out the Stutsman County Relay for Life Facebook page.

The Color Run is at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 29, at McElroy Park in Jamestown. It is $30 to register for the event, and registration begins at 9 a.m. Those who register will not get a 2017 shirt.
