FirstLink offers help with Medicare Part D
FirstLink and the North Dakota Insurance Department teamed up to provide an effortless way for people to evaluate their Medicare Part D plan. In 2016 alone, the department saved Medicare beneficiaries more than $1.7 million through enrollment assistance.
Each year monthly premiums can increase, annual deductibles can change, formularies can change and dramatically increase people’s cost for the year. Simply dial FirstLink at 211 or 701-235-7335 before Friday, Nov. 17. A FirstLink call specialist will ask questions over the phone, including name, dose and number of pills taken monthly and questions related to your insurance.
You will then receive Medicare prescription drug plan comparisons in the mail. You can decide on a plan and call to enroll. For questions about this process, call FirstLink.
