Dog to be reunited with N.D. owner

EDMOND, Okla. (AP) — A North Dakota woman is preparing to be reunited with her dog that somehow wandered away — to Oklahoma.

Tina Bohn’s 8-year-old boxer Jasmine went missing two months ago from her Minot, N.D., home and Bohn said she thought the pooch was lost forever.

But Willy Fields with Free to Live Animal Sanctuary found the dog along a road in Logan County in central Oklahoma earlier this month and took her to a vet. A microchip listing Bohn’s information was discovered on Jasmine. Now, the dog is flying home to be reunited with Bohn.

Bohn thinks Jasmine was stolen and that’s how she ended up in Oklahoma.
