Class B Roundup: No. 7 Cardinals top Hornets

Seventh-ranked Carrington girls basketball dropped 72 points on Harvey-Wells County Monday night in Carrington.

The Cards cruised 72-46, receiving points from nine players while improving to 13-4 on the season. Carrington's Bella Hone led all scoring with 17, while Jaye Fike's 16 points paced the Hornets.
