Davies stays at No. 1

After a big scramble last week, the Class A boys basketball ranking stayed mostly the same. The only change was West Fargo Sheyenne falling from a tie for third-place to dropping into fourth.

Fargo Davies got the majority of first-place votes (17) but Bismarck Century and West Fargo Sheyenne also received a vote.

The Jamestown boys team (8-7) was among two other teams that received votes.

For the girls, Bismarck Century got all 19 first place votes but every other team changed ranking.

Mandan climbed three spots to No. 2 in the rankings, Fargo Shanley gained a spot to become No. 3. Bismarck St. Mary's and Grand Forks Red River fell in the rankings after taking a loss.
