Jimmie golf finishes second

All six of the University of Jamestown women's golfers placed in the top 10 of the Twin Ports Collegiate to pace the Jimmies to a second-place finish (687) at Nemadji Golf Course in Superior, Wis. St. Scholastica won the event over Jamestown by six strokes.

Saints' Kylie Slavin defeated Jamestown sophomore Paige Argent on the second playoff hole to win the event. Argent finished with a two-day total of 162.

Freshman Amber Domres rounded out the top five with a 175.

Jamestown will head to Billings, Mont. for the Montana State University Billings Yellow Jacket Invite on Sept. 10-11.
