Jimmies defeat Eagles

The University of Jamestown women’s soccer team closed out its regular season with a 3-0 victory at  University of Northwestern-St. Paul on Tuesday.

Jimmie senior forward Hannah Langseth scored in quick succession in the first half, finding the net with unassisted goals less than a minute apart to put the Jimmies out front 2-0 at the break. Junior Jolynn Warnes tacked on a second-half goal, assisted by Jamestown senior Kara Wahl, as the University of Jamestown cruised.

The Jimmies (8-10) received 5 saves from freshman goalkeeper Nicole Ladoucer, as Jamestown peppered 20 shots on goal at the Eagles.
