Jimmies finish season with win

The Jimmies held on late to edge Presentation College 49-41 in a season-ending shootout at Rollie Greeno Field on Saturday.

The Jimmies closed the season on a two-game winning streak and earned at leats a share of the North Star Athletic Association title by going 3-1 in league play.

The offenses could rarely be stopped on an ideal day weather-wise.

The Jimmies had 547 yards of offense, while the Saints piled up a whopping 618 yards.

Beau Eriksson threw for 327 yards and four touchdowns. Jacob Erbes had 124 yards receiving.

Nick Klawon and Chris Sharp had interceptions for the Jimmies.

"Our kids made enough plays in the end," Jimmie coach Shawn Frank said. "It's a great way for our seniors to go out."
