Timothy Tollefson, 31, of Manvel, N.D., was charged with four counts of gross sexual imposition of a child under 15. The alleged victims are four girls who were 3 or 4 when the abuse is said to have begun four years ago. He passed all background checks by  the child care facility that hired him.
