Karla Patch-Anderson and Gavin Kutz drop off school supplies for the Buffalo Mall’s Back to School “Stuff the Bus” program. Employees at The Jamestown Sun recently donated school supplies for the Stuff the Bus program. Community Action Region VI will receive the school supplies and distribute them to children this fall.

Santa hands out gifts to students at the Anne Carlsen Center Saturday during the annual Christas in July. Each student at the ACC received a Visa gift card, a movie ticket and a Santa doll with a beard that lights up and plays music, all courtesy of the Individuals and Ladies Individuals Motorcycle clubs.

'Life After Breast Cancer' event gives hope to Detroit Lakes woman

Participants in the 5K Running of the Pink start their race Saturday. The event included 5K and 10K runs and a 5K walk. Proceeds raised are donated to breast and cervical cancer screenings and assistance through the Jamestown Regional Medical Center Foundation and Women’s Way.
