Motorists traveling on Interstate 94 faced blustery conditions Friday in the Jamestown area. The National Weather Service offices in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota will experiment with issuing "extreme cold warnings" when the temperature is expected to be "dangerously cold" with no wind.
