The Village Family Service Center has hired Nicole Anderson as chief financial officer. She oversees financial operations for the nonprofit and assists on strategic and tactical matters as it relates to budget management, cost-benefit analysis and forecasting.

Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Jamestown. She was most recently system manager of budget and planning with Essentia Health, where she also worked as manager of business partnering and as a financial analyst. She previously held positions with Microsoft, Eide Bailly and National Information Solutions.

Anderson is originally from Jamestown. Her parents are James and Connie Harty.

The Village is based in Fargo and has offices in 15 communities across North Dakota and Minnesota. Its programs and services include counseling, addiction treatment, in-home family therapy, mentoring, adoption services, pregnancy counseling, truancy intervention, financial counseling, employee assistance programs and business training.
