Connie Ova, CEO, Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp.,, has been awarded recertification by the International Economic Development Council effective July 1 through June 30, 2022.

Ova first achieved the Certified Economic Developer designation in April 2010. CEcD recertification, required every three years, was

awarded to Ova, who met requirements for continuing education and service to the profession.
