Four upcoming webinars featuring professionals with The Village Employee Assistance Program will address topics related to effective workplaces, leadership, and personal well-being.
These free trainings are part of The Business Bite, a series of lunchtime talks on topics that matter, hosted by The Village Business Institute. The sessions are scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. on certain Wednesdays in March and April. The dates and topics are as follows:
• March 10 – "7 Ways to Develop as a Leader"
• March 24 – "Workplace Safety: Domestic Violence Impact on the Workplace"
• April 14 – "Employee Burnout and Fatigue"
• April 28 – "Generation Z in the Workforce"
