Amie Aesoph, chief human resources officer with First Community Credit Union, has recently earned her Credit Union HR Compliance Professional (CUHRCP) designation.

The goal of the CUHRCP course is to provide HR professionals with regulatory and compliance knowledge, implementation methodology and the best practices required to manage HR compliance challenges credit unions face. With increased regulatory focus for credit unions, there is a growing demand for professionals with this specialized expertise.

This intensive training is invaluable to FCCU as the regulatory burden within the credit union movement is ever-changing. As an official CUHRCP, Aesoph joins a community of dedicated credit union HR professionals who have taken the initiative and commitment to excellence in this field.

Aesoph joined FCCU in 2019, part time in the Human Resources Department before being named the chief human resources officer in 2020. Along with her new designation, Aesoph has over 18 years of human resources experience, with expertise in management of strategy, talent and culture. She has extensive experience in performance management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and retention as well as driving organizational change.

She is located at FCCU’s Administrative Office at 310 10th St. SE in Jamestown.
