SMP Health - Ave Maria and Heritage Centre Assisted Living were recently each awarded the Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2023 Customer Experience Award.
Ave Maria's award recognized the facility for achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction standards in overall customer experience. Customers were asked to evaluate several aspects of their received services and Ave Maria qualified for the award in the service areas of nursing care, individual needs, laundry service, communication from facility and overall customer experience.
Heritage Centre Assisted Living was honored for achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction standards in personal care. Customers were asked to evaluate several aspects of their received services and Heritage Centre Assisted Living qualified in the areas of personal care, response to problems and communciation.
Pinnacle Quality Insight is a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm. The Customer Experience Award is awarded to care providers that have achieved best-in-class customer satisfaction standards within their peer group.
