Bank Forward has announced the promotion of Brooke Walden and Callie Freeman to mortgage loan servicing specialists. Both are employed out of the Jamestown Bank Forward branch.
Walden started with Bank Forward as a personal banker in 2016. She most recently held the positions of loan technician and mortgage loan processor.
Freeman started with Bank Forward as a personal banker in 2017. She most recently held the positions of loan technician I and II.
As mortgage loan servicing specialists, Walden and Freeman work with the mortgage administration team. They are responsible for establishing, servicing and reporting mortgage loans. They provide solutions and verify accuracy for loan servicing.
Bank Forward operates under one charter in 13 communities in North Dakota and Minnesota.
