The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for April to Matthew Brenner. The chamber honors individuals who exceed customer's requirements or expectations with the award.
Brenner was nominated for helping with a customer's new phone setup including transferring photos and videos, staying almost two hours after the business closed that day to make sure the phone was ready for use.
