The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented a Customer Service Award for January to Ken Britzman, employed by SMP Health - Ave Maria.
Britzman, who drives bus at Ave Maria, was nominated for his positive interactions with residents and coworkers.
