Downtown Jamestown Crazy Days is planned to start July 23. The bargains and food start at 7 a.m. Entertainment is planned on the hour all day, ending with a street dance by the Wonder Bar.
All merchants, crafters and food vendors are invited to display on First Avenue. A $30 charge will be assessed to help with advertising and expenses.
There will be no charge for groups wanting to entertain and showcase their talents.
