First Community Credit Union promotes Francis

She will be located at the administration office in Jamestown.

First Community Credit Union announces the recent promotion of Chelsey Francis to risk and Bank Secrecy Act officer. She will be located at the Jamestown administration office.

As risk and BSA officer, she will be responsible for helping minimize the impacts of fraud, scams and other illegal activity across the entire footprint of FCCU.

Francis, originally from Amarillo, Texas, has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado Technical University in business administration and finance. She joined FCCU in spring of 2021 as a BSA and fraud specialist.

“In this new position I am most excited about being able to dive in even deeper to be able to seek out and prevent fraud for not only our members but the credit union as well," she said.
