Ginny Gross is the Noridian Values recipient for March.
The Values Award is presented monthly to an employee who exhibits the Noridian business values -- constant innovation, service excellence, responsible stewardship, effective collaboration and integrity. Gross’ willingness to step up and help a fellow co-worker when needed won her the award this month, her supervisor said.
