Jamestown chamber committee hosting bus tour to dairy farm

The Jamestown Area Chamber AgEnergy Committee invites people to join them on a bus tour on Tuesday, June 7.

The group will go to Cows & Co. Creamery and Dairy Farm near Carrington. The tour will be educational and include treats as well.

The bus will leave at noon from the Jamestown Civic Center parking lot and arrive at the dairy farm at 1 p.m. and at 2 p.m. at Cows & Co. Creamery.

At 3 p.m., the bus leaves to return to Jamestown and is expected to arrive at 4 p.m. at the Civic Center parking lot.

The cost for the bus tour is $30 per person and includes the bus ride, tour of facilities, a scoop of gelato and some cheese curds. Products will be available for purchase. People are asked to bring their own cooler for transferring their purchases home.


The tour is limited to the first 45 people who register.
