Pit Stop Sports in Jamestown is open from 10 a.m to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday and serves food and beverages, including beer and wine.

“We are thrilled to onboard Dr. Allen,” said Mike Delfs, JRMC president and CEO. “JRMC’s mission is to be the best rural hospital in the country. This is one more step in that direction.”

Allen joins fellow Emergency Department physicians Dr. Scott Goecke, Dr. Ben Muscha, Dr. Kent Diehl and Dr. Steve Inglish.

Before these full-time providers, JRMC covered unfilled emergency department shifts with agency-contracted physicians.

“Adding providers like Dr. Allen create a continuity of care that is best for both our patients and the medical community,” Delfs said. “Because of this team, the community receives a consistent, high-quality experience in our emergency department.”

Allen grew up across the country. He and his wife made their home in Bismarck, where they raised their two grown children.
