Justin Whitmer honored for customer service

He received the honor from the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce.

Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for September to Justin Whitmer.

The award honors Whitmer for providing outstanding customer service. He is employed at Northwest Tire in Jamestown.

The nomination letter for Whitmer said, in part, "He is honest, efficient and always meets my scheduling needs. He never pushes unnecessary repairs or services, his response time to request for quotes is excellent and whether it be immediately, a certain day/time or even a Saturday morning he is able to provide the service as wanted."
