T-Mobile has opened a retail store at 809 26th St. SW in Jamestown. T-Mobile's new location will allow customers to choose the service plan and devices that best serve their wireless needs – from T-Mobile's unlimited Essentials and Magenta plans to smartphones, tablets, audio devices and accessories.
The recent opening is part of T-Mobile’s continued efforts to serve more people in small towns across America, by expanding its retail footprint. The new Jamestown store will be the eighth location in North Dakota and the first store to support Jamestown and nearby cities between Fargo and Bismarck.
"T-Mobile retail stores offer customers the ease and convenience of connecting with our mobile experts, to see and hold a new device before buying, or to pay a bill in-person,” said Tracy Nolan, senior vice president of T-Mobile’s Branded Retail Consumer Group. “That's why we continue to expand our retail footprint in both new and existing markets across the U.S. But whether a consumer chooses to interact with us in a store, online, or via an app, it’s our mission to help keep them connected and to provide unparalleled service."
T-Mobile continues to deliver next-generation wireless services to its customers, including 5G, at no additional cost. Independent data from OpenSignal in September 2021 – based on real-world customer usage from millions of device measurements – shows T-Mobile customers now get the fastest 5G download speeds, fastest 5G upload speeds and a 5G signal more often than anyone else.
The Jamestown location has plans to host an official grand opening celebration and official ribbon cutting in the coming months.
