There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Thursday, Nov. 28, said the city engineer's office. Wednesday and Thursday routes will be collected beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
The baling facility and recycling center will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, and will reopen on Saturday, Nov. 30, for regular business hours.
