Winter receives BAP award

Eric Winter has won the Business Application Project award for his use of the Dale Carnegie principles to obtain significant, measurable results in his organization during the Dale Carnegie Course he completed in Valley City, N.D.

Eric Winter has won the Business Application Project award for his use of the Dale Carnegie principles to obtain significant, measurable results in his organization during the Dale Carnegie Course he completed in Valley City, N.D.

The class projects from the recently graduated course ranged from increased sales, reduced attrition, higher team productivity and time saving, all of which positively affect the bottom line of the organizations. The recipient for the award is voted on by class members upon completion of the course series. Winter is currently employed with Dakota Growers Pasta Co., Carrington, N.D., as a packaging manager. He lives in Pingree, N.D., with his wife, Lori, and two children, Cashton and Kellen.
