GATE CITY BANK

Steve Swiontek, chair of Gate City Bank in Fargo, will again serve as a North Dakota lawmaker after being away since 1984.
The bank, headquartered in Fargo, is one of 15 companies to be honored in 2022 out of more than 2,700 companies nominated.
The award will be presented in September.
The class-action lawsuit alleges that Gate City Bank improperly assessed non-sufficient funds and overdraft fees, allegations the bank denies. Gate City admits to no wrongdoing in the settlement agreement.
