The education foundation of the Associated General Contractors announced it awarded 36 scholarships totaling over $64,000 for the 2022-2023 school year, including to students in the Jamestown area.
Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students with career interests in the construction industry and who are enrolled in North Dakota post-secondary construction programs.
Area students awarded scholarships include:
Students attending North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, awarded a $750 AGC Scholarship: Cole Seaburg, Carrington, freshman, Caterpillar Diesel Technician
Students attending Bismarck State College, Bismarck, awarded a $750 AGC Scholarship: Jaxcen Glatt, Napoleon, freshman, HVAC; Grant Pfaff, Steele, freshman, HVAC
