The United Blood Services Bus from Fargo will be parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot Friday for an All Day Blood Drive. Donors are being called to set up appointments from 8:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1:15 to 5 p.m.
"We are short of blood drives and need this one to keep up our supply," said Rob Miller, United Blood Services.
The Kiwanis Club of Jamestown is making the phone calls for the morning appointments, and Wal-Mart is taking care of the afternoon appointments. Donors need to bring along their photo ID and a list of medications they are taking. First-time donors are welcome.
