Flag Day ceremony, 11 a.m., Fort Seward, Jamestown. Short program followed by retiring of flags. Old, faded or torn flags may be brought to event for proper disposal. Refreshments follow event.
21st Annual Jamestown Kite Festival, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Medinger Park field, 10th Street and 17th Avenue Southwest. Admission: free. Inflatable air games for children offered free of charge by Victory Lutheran Church. Concessions available.
