Special events

Hillcrest SDA School fall festival, 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the school, 116 1th Ave. NE. Ggames and supper, including knoephla soup, pizza, sloppy joes, nachos, root beer floats.

Presentation by K.K. Mugambi of Village Hopecore International, Chogoria, Kenya, 7 p.m., Nafus Student Center Level Two, Jamestown College campus. Students who traveled to Chogoria earlier this year will also share about their experience there. Art will be on display; refreshments planned. No admission charge.
