FCCU helps JDA light up Jamestown

First Community Credit Union of Jamestown joined forces with the Jamestown Downtown Association to light up the downtown streets in Jamestown.

FCCU’s Monica Hieb, who also involved with the JDA, Amy Hehr and Andrea Fayville, branch manager, helped the Jamestown Downtown Association’s Nancy Miller, Lynn Lambrecht and Emily Bivens clean, organize, repair and replace lights on the snowflake and Christmas tree decorations that light up Main Avenue during the holidays.

“It is great to be able to help out our beloved Jamestown community and to work for an organization that supports giving of our time to help the community,” said Monica Hieb, financial services officer at FCCU. “This year our branch manager went one step above allowing not only myself to volunteer, but asking other staff to help volunteer and replace light bulbs in the downtown Christmas lights. I feel lucky to work at FCCU and am fortunate that its staff is always supportive with any event we do!”
