A program, "Be Scam Smart!," will be presented from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at the James River Senior Center. Presenters will be Tonya Hetzler, investigator, Consumer Protection and Antitrust Diviersion, Office of North Dakota Attorney General, and Lt. LeRoy Gross of the Jamestown Police Department.
