The Veterans Honor Flight of North Dakota/Minnesota has announced the date for the next flight is April 26. The flight takes veterans to Washington, D.C., free of charge to see the memorials built to honor their service and sacrifices. Preference is given to WWII veterans, Korean War veterans and those veterans who are terminally ill (from any service era).

The next flight will depart Hector International Airport in Fargo on Sunday, April 26, 2020, at 8 a.m. and will return at 7:50 p.m. Monday, April 27. Approximately 90 veterans will be on board.

Applications are being taken from veterans who have served up through 1959. It does not matter if the service was stateside or overseas, or what the veteran's job was during service. Veterans who meet the date criteria are encouraged to apply.

Applications can be found at veteranshonorflightofndmn.org, email veteranshonorflightofndmn@gmail.com, or call 218-28HONOR (218-284-6667) with questions.
