Pride of Dakota announced Wednesday its schedule for events across North Dakota this fall.

Harvest Showcases are scheduled for Sept. 11-12 in the West River Ice Center, Dickinson, N.D., and Oct. 9-10, in the Jamestown Civic Center, Jamestown. Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases are scheduled for Nov. 6-8 in the Alerus Center, Grand Forks, and Dec. 4-6 in the Bismarck Event Center, Bismarck. Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases planned for Minot and Fargo have been canceled this year out of concerns for the coronavirus pandemic, said Doug Goehring, North Dakota agriculture commissioner.

“I ask everyone to practice personal responsibility when coming out to the shows and be aware of other’s personal space. We encourage you to wear a mask and stay home if you are not feeling well,” Goehring said.

Administered by the Marketing and Information Division of the North Dakota Department of Agriculture, the Pride of Dakota program provides member companies with cooperative marketing and promotional events, such as in-store demonstrations, Pride of Dakota Day and the Holiday Showcases, Harvest Showcase and Spring Showcase. The program also provides educational opportunities and representation at regional, national and international marketing expositions. More than 500 North Dakota companies are Pride of Dakota members.
