Former residents of Liberia to speak in Jamestown

A panel will also be at the event.

The Stutsman County Human Rights Coalition will host speaker Jerome Zamgba at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 23, at The Arts Center in Jamestown. The event is open to the public at no charge.

Zamgba will share his experiences and hope coming from Liberia to America. Zamgba came to Jamestown in 2019. He is a business owner and a CNA for a local senior living care facility. He will share his story to inspire people to endure, accept and love each other.

Also speaking about their journey from Liberia to America are Robert Parsons, Gaylord Smith and Randy Gibson. There will be a panel question-and-answer session following the speakers’ presentation.
