Girls interested in Scouting can sign up for Girl Scouts at its safety Day Rally scheduled Saturday, Sept. 29, at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1000 5th Ave. NE.
Registration for new Girl Scouts will be at 9 a.m.; current Scouts can register with their troop leader before the Safety Day Rally.
Adults are asked to stay and participate at the rally with their child. The Girl Scouts will be learning about safety basics: first aid, hypothermia, CPR, wound treatment and more.
The cost is $25 for the Girl Scouts USA registration fee only; scholarships are available. Parents may also preregister girls online before the event at: https://girlscouts.secure.force.com/girl .

Adults are encouraged to register to be co-leaders, chaperones, etc. For more information, call or text Sally at 320-6883.
There are troops for every grade level and meetings are held twice a month along with monthly special events for all Girl Scouts.
